Storing in Massachusetts's climate

Storage rules in Massachusetts

Massachusetts gives you at least 14 days to pay after you receive a notice of sale. Under M.G.L. c. 105A, s. 4, the auction itself can only happen at least 15 days after the sale is first advertised.

If an operator emails the sale notice and gets no response or delivery confirmation, it has to follow up by verified mail to your postal address. Keep that address current with the facility so the backup notice actually reaches you.
